DELIVERY

Standard UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.75 on orders under £100. Orders over £100 are sent free of charge.

For delivery of orders to UK islands, Northern Ireland, Hebrides, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands, there may be a delivery surcharge.  If this is the case, we will notify you on receipt of your order.

Overseas delivery

Delivery charges to Europe and the USA are detailed below.  In certain instances there may a  delivery surcharge.  If this is the case, we will notify you on receipt of your order.

Delivery to Europe

Our delivery charges for orders to Europe are as follows:

• Order value up to £50 - delivery charge £10
• Order value between £50 and £100 - delivery charge £12
• Order value between £100 and £250 - delivery charge £15
• Order value of £250 and over - delivery charge £20

Delivery to United States

Our delivery charges for orders to the United States are as follows:

• Order value up to £50 - delivery charge £10
• Order value between £50 and £100 - delivery charge £15
• Order value between £100 and £250 - delivery charge £20
• Order value of £250 and over - delivery charge £25

Goods will normally be despatched within three days and if it is more than this we will inform you.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you must do this within 10 days of receipt. You will need to contact the office before returning any items and ensure that they are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The address for returns is: Sibona, 57 Greenbank Rd, Bristol BS5 6HD.  Please retain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
