Paris, a bold embroidered quilt, part of the new Sibona Iona collection, will be in UK stores Spring 2010. Paris is a luxury bedcover using a new substantial, yet soft, slubbed cotton and interlined with a new 'flannel' to give weight to the quilt while keeping a smoother look that maximises the effect of the striking crewel inspired embroidery. The reverse is a 200 count fine cotton percale in all over matching colour. There are two colourways: Stone and Duck Egg Blue. Inspired by traditional Kashmiri embroidery patterns, this design takes a dramatically large form of an extraordinary tree with fantastical foliage and fruit motifs. |
